AI Automation Engineer, Growth and Email

Automated newsletters.
Facts checked.

I built a publishing workflow that turns public source material into newsletter issues, checks the drafts, and queues email delivery.

The problem

Running dozens of publications on a schedule by hand is too much work. AI can draft quickly, but it can also invent facts. The challenge is making content repeatable without trusting everything a model writes.

What I built

Public APIs supply source records. Saved source pages support the quiz writing. AI drafts questions, explanations and articles from the source material.

Checked content becomes an issue in the publishing system. The sender picks up ready issues, builds the email and passes it to the publication’s configured email provider. It records the provider’s response.

How it is checked

A quiz explanation must quote its saved source word for word or the item is dropped. The check allows differences in spacing and quotation marks. It checks the explanation, not every sentence of an article.

Export checks require a review record, preserve the link to the checked draft, and block held or withdrawn items. The publishing system rejects duplicate choices and invalid answer positions. Before sending, it checks subscription confirmation and blocks unsubscribed or suppressed addresses.

Results so far

56 automated newsletter sites, emailing Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The source-coverage catalogue still marks some sites as unsupported.
